Around 1000mg per day is recommended for pregnant women. This can be achieved by having dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-3-color has-text-color\"><strong>Vitamin D<\/strong>: Vitamin D is also important for the strength of your baby\u2019s bones.
